What's Around Me is a local discovery platform that connects people with businesses, services, and experiences in their neighborhood. We provide business listings, live menus, offers, and local information curated for specific cities and neighborhoods, starting with Kochi, Kerala.

4. Business Listings

If you register as a business owner on our platform:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information
• You must keep menus, prices, hours, and offers up to date
• You must not post misleading or false information
• We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate our policies

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Impersonate any person or entity

Content uploaded by business owners remains their property, but by uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings or user-submitted content
• We are not responsible for the quality of products or services offered by listed businesses
• Menu items, prices, and offers displayed are provided by business owners and may change without notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HPY Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
